BackCare Resources was initially founded to provide rehabilitation & therapy products addressing neck, shoulder and lower back pain. Over the years, we have also been involved in developing products for children, special populations, and fitness enthusiasts.

We build products for children with special needs and for the physically and intellectually disabled. These include floor mount and ceiling mount steel frames for suspension of pediatric therapy equipment at therapy centres and home therapy gyms. These products are custom made with assistance from paediatric therapists. The steel structures are certified by professional engineers to be safe and suitable for the intended load and purpose. You will find both imported and locally built items from our custom made workshop either in mild steel or timber. We have been the regional distributor of Pezzi products for Ledragomma, Italy for over 10 years. Ledragomma were the first to manufacture and introduce the "SWISS" ball, otherwise also known as "FITNESS" or "GYM" ball, in 1950. Their products are featured here. We also manufacture Pilates equipment and props. Pilates improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. It aims to create structural alignment and muscular balance along with the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. We can customise or improvise a Pilates' piece at your request. Other services include maintenance on Reformers, Gyrotronic equipment and repair, servicing, and replacement of Pilates products.

We have items for Fitness Trainers and fitness enthusiasts, as well as Gymnastics and Physical Education equipment for schools. The products are portable and versatile with no mechanical, electrical or electronic parts.

SoftPlay items for preschool kids at child care centres, nursery and those in early intervention programmes are included under "Softplay."

We provide therapists, Pilates instructors, fitness and healthcare professionals with an alternative to the high cost on imported products. Every product made at BackCare is crafted from Timber: beech/maple laminated plywood or mild steel. Our customers are assured of sales services support over imported ones.
